No Covid-19 death was reported in 24 hours till 8:00 am today, said a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The total number of Covid-19 deaths in the country remains at 29,127 and the death rate is 1.49 percent.
At least 45 new infections from Covid-19 were recorded in the 24 hours. The total number of cases rose to 19,52,485 added the release.
The current positivity rate is 0.76 percent while the total positivity rate stands at 14 percent, said the press release.
A total of 5,929 samples were tested across the country during this period.
At least 369 patients recovered from Covid-19 during the period. The total number of recoveries now stands at 18,92,443 and the recovery rate at 96.92 percent, added the release.
