A total of 15 Army officers against whom International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) issued warrants of arrest were taken under army custody on 9 October while one Major General Kabir could not be taken to the custody.
The Army Headquarters asked the authorities concerned so that Kabir cannot flee from the country.
Maj Gen Md Hakimuzzaman, adjutant general of the Bangladesh Army, briefed this at Dhaka Cantonment on Saturday.
